Update on OWP application

Hi, I applied for SP along with OWP for my spouse. I got the stage 1 approval within nine days of submission on 9 Sep 2020. But no update on the OWP application for my spouse. Is there anything that I can do at this moment? What is happening to other applicants with a similar situation?
