No one is responding to me.application submitted July 30th 2018, no response from London visa office where my application is lying for over months. I filled webform it stated it will take 28 days and school resumed 3rd January. Please what else can I do. Can someone help me out. My 1st post was on 3rd January no response that is why am posting again. Please help my daughter. Any further steps to take

No one is responding because there is no extra knowledge that we have. Ideally, you should have been on top of your visa application and when it was longer than the time they regularly post on the website (which for the UK is 11 weeks or 2 months and 3 weeks) would have been the time where you should have raised the webform. Now you can only defer your daughter's admission assuming that the university/ college accepts a deferral so late.

It will not impact even if you filled webform within the time limit. I also did it after 10 days of my file submission. You can tell your daughter's university/College which situation you are in mail and request for a deferal because it is not in your hand, but embassy's. Good luck.

Order caips notes to find out what is happening, also try calling the Canadian IRCC number.
There are some reports that some apllications from July were affected by a computer issue, dont know how true this is.
