Can you please clarify why? Do you know someone who answered yes? Or is it just an assumption I need details please.
Because HIv is like diabetes a chronic conditions AIDs is serious disease. Nowadays, people living with HIV who take medication doesn't develop AIDS. Therefore, I am doubtful that I need to answer "yes" unless there are prominent examples and clarifications.
