Upload your Expired IELTS. IELTS should be valid at the time of submission and yours seems to be valid when you applied. At the same time also update the letter of explanation that you applied with Valid IELTS and it expired while processing. At the moment because of lockdown, IELTS centers are closed, hence you are unable to give exams.

My agent is saying that you have to submit new ielts certificate

It's not about my English
Its just i lost all my confidence due to this

I spent 6 months positively in the hope of something good

But now this shit happened with me
You can try your luck with one thing and see if it goes well. Write a letter explaining that you submitted application well before when IELTS was still valid. Due to pandemic, I can't re-take IELTS at the moment, I implore you to use my existing IELTS results since it was submitted with my original application and attach IELTS with the letter and re-upload..

Hello Sana, there could be different issues regarding your application. First could be that your agent might not have uploaded your old IELTS. Second would be that the officer needs you to respond with a new IELTS score since your old one is expired ( but they could also accept your letter of explanation since covid is around). In my opinion and research I would suggest you take care of certain steps.

1. Ask for your GC key, log in and look what IRCC requested for, when is the expiry date to provide that document and also look if they posted any notes for your application.

2. If they set the expiry of the submission pretty soon then you should prepare a letter of explanation, where you explain how your IELTS is expired and how you will be appearing for a new one, also mention your date, time and a rough idea of when your results will be available. Also attach copy of your IELTS registration - after you book your slot and paid the fees. This is how your pdf should be, first letter of explanation, second should be your copy of registration and third should be your old IELTS results.

3. In the event that they didn't set the expiry, you should do the same but it doesn't have to be ASAP. However I would suggest you take a day or two to plan all this and make your move accordingly.

Hope this helps your case.

I don't think they now consider my ielts certificate

I think they want new certificate now
There could be some reasons in the mind of visa officer

As someone suggested earlier, get your GC Key from the agent, log in, go to your application and view submitted document. Check under IELTS field if they ever uploaded IELTS document there. If not then its the agents fault that have missed the IELTS. If its uploaded, then its absolutely required by the VO and the only chance is to appear for IELTS. You can book for a date and upload a letter with expired IELTS as well. They are not going to reject based on the expired document.

Check if he uploaded expired IELTS. If he did then you have to give IELTS again and upload the results. IRCC knows IELTS has been opened now and working so you don't have any choice really but to give it again.
