Update not submitted status after making changes for CRS updates

I went to the education section of my application and gave yes no no no ( is that what we had to do? I am a masters graduate so I need to update the 30 points) to the additional questions . It said transmitted and the profile status is submitted but my score is still 465 instead of 495. What do I do?

Did you provide your DLI number? If yes, give it 24 hours.

There is a question about obtaining degree in Canada (the last option) It's kinda a tricky question as the first option has 'in Quebec' at the end of it. You should say Yes to that question and another box appears for you to select your school and enter the Designated Learning Institution (DLI) number.

That's where I am at as well, seems like we have to wait. Probably an issue on their end or the updated changes need to be processed.

As per this thread, there seems to be a bug in the system. Someone else is having the same issue

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Went to update my application to include the DLI and new information but now my "Study and Languages" section is stuck at Updated and I cannot submit. All I get on that page is a Save and Exit button. Really frustrating!

I know exactly what you mean. I was thinking about withdrawing it too but let just wait for 24hours.

I have same problem but just checked I got my 30 points I guess it considers first time change that you submit. and it took about 24 hours to get points. I hope it gives you 99 reason to stay positive.

I just checked this morning and it is still stuck. My sister is also having the same issue, be patient im sure theyre aware of it! I submitted a technical report as well.

I didn't change anything, but I accidentally clicked into that... so I click Reverted Changes then .
Now the Study and Language section shows "Complete", not " Transmitted". my application status is "submitted" though.

Do I just ignore that?

I have same problem but just checked I got my 30 points I guess it considers first time change that you submit. and it took about 24 hours to get points. I hope it gives you 99 reason to stay positive.
