I have got desired ielts score. Should I update the existing profile or make a new one.is there any difference in two methods. Which is best to get an invitation soon.

If you have a safe CRS score, update the existing profile. Keeping old one means if there is tie breaker, your odds are better as your profile was there first. For OINP, usually newer accounts get the preference.
