Dear karim

what is the last update for you after the medical received on Ecas , did they mention the below statement and they send you the passport request and COPR?

We sent you correspondence on September 3, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents

You might be in a bit of a trouble here @KarimWahba, because your medical will expire around 25th September (they are valid for 1 year), so you might have to land before that, or will have to retake the medical. I am only 99% sure about this, so lets seek some senior's help as well.

Well, send by courier as the documents include a police certificate that needs to be sent in original.

These you can send by email, because none of them requires your signature. Form 5669 (Schedule A) does require signature but that you already handed it over, as well as the PCC, so email should be fine.
