Update but not updated

I checked my cic account and my file status was updated, when i checked nothing was changed in any of the status. does this mean anything ?

Is UCI number generated? For me similar thing happened. My medical got cleared on 17th June morning EST & BG went to IP same day. When I logged in again after end of day EST file status said updated. Probably they had save the changes at end of the day.
