Hello.

I will have my medical check-up soon. About a month ago I was hospitalized with a certain medical condition which caused a lot of stress. During the hospitalization I saw a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with "Major Depressive syndrome". The medical condition turned out to be minor.
My GP doesn't have this hospitalization info.

I'm wondering whether I should mention this depression thing to the DGP at the check-up?
Can the DGP or the Medical officer dig out the depression thing from the hospital records?

You cant have a failed medicals because of hospitalisation due to depression, be it major of minor. Cheer up and all the after effects will be gone.
