Up-front medical

Hi,

My wife just received her MR. She had her up-front medical last July 2015 at Nova Scotia. She 's now here in Manitoba. Can we still use her up-front medical results? If so, how can we use it as the form that was sent by CIC has to have a signature of the physician.

Send the Upfront medical report form to CIC. Call CC and ask them about the up-front medicals and make sure they link the up-front meds to your file.

How about the IMM1017 form that needs to have the signature of the Physician? What do we do with that?

I have the same issue which got me confused.
I already did upfront medical for me and my wife. ( I am sep 11 applicant ).

yesterday i got medical request for my wife.

I am going to call CIC and see what went wrong.
