Today I received one reply from the university.

"Dear Applicant,

We are pleased to inform you that we have recommended to the Faculty of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies that you be admitted to the Master's of Engineering program in Electrical & Computer Engineering program under the School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (SEECS) beginning Fall 2015.

In order to obtain a Master's of Engineering degree you will need to successfully complete one of the following options for the fulfillment of the degree requirements.

1 - Project Option : Successful completion of 27 course credits and Master's project
2 - Course-Based Option: Sucessfully completion of 30 course credits

Please not this is not an offer of admission. As soon as the Academic Administrator approves your acceptance, you will receive an official "Certificate of Admission. " We hope to see you joining our graduate program. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us."

I also got offer of admission from University for MCS, but they are saying in addition to regular course requirements you must take and successfully complete CSI3105.

You definitly stand a chance as they have jss started giving out offer letters and many students wud reject if they got offer frm some better university.

By the u applied for thesis or project work.
