UoRegina Admission Deferred...!

Assalam-oAlaikum to all.

I applied for visa on 03-03-2014 and got medical call on 5th march but still i am waiting, my admission was valid up to may 2014 session so i sent an email to uregina regarding the extension of my admission to Fall 2014, now i have got letter and my admission has been deferred,
i want to ask all of you should i update embassy regarding my admission extension?
i asked to my consultant, he advised dont inform the embassy until they ask you for this.
please suggest me should i update embassy or not?

You must inform CHC via fax, or face possible problems at POE.

they sent me a scanned copy of admission letter, could i email the scanned copy to the embassy?
plz reply i m in great confusion
