Unwanted delay in submission

Hi guys,

I reckon someone can help or advice me regarding my issue.

I submitted my initial application on 9th july 2009 and didnt get any reply by january 2010, when I emailed to london canadian consulate they requested to FSW central in take office about the status of my application and they replied that they sent me my application approval in my email on 15th september 2009 that i reckon i didnt recieved.
Now my 120 days has been passed on 15th jan 2010 for sumission of the documents.
Can anybody advice or help me that whats the best way to tackle this bizzare situation now.
Any help will be appreciated.

Re-apply, you gave them your email address, they replied, you missed the deadline, so you can only re-apply.

i just want to know if i crospond with the london consulate further, for reissuing of my accptance letter, will it work?
