unscheduled break

I came in January 2022 and I took my program for two semester and I failed so I took unscheduled break in summer. I did not work during my time off from college. I got enrolled in 1 year program and finished my first semester and I failed in two courses. Is it possible that I take an unscheduled break and start from Jan 2024?

Hi do you already have answer to your question? Because we are the same scenario. But mine is, I have a summer break bec I start in Fall2022, and I need to stop studying for 3 months because my second sem courses will resume in winter 2024. Is that possible?
