Unreasonable (or lucky for some) things in Canadian Immigration Process
1. You can get full educational points for your ABC degree, and also get full job experience points working in XYZ (completely different from ABC) field.
2. You could have worked in a topnotch relevant company in your field (like someone with Computer Science background working in Microsoft as a Computer Engineer for instance), but if your work experience letter doesn't match (>60%) with CIC guidelines, you are out. On the other hand, if you have worked in a never-heard (even non-existent) company outside of your field, but you manage to get a full bullet list of duties with keywords matching CIC guidelines, you are welcome.
3. Native speakers of English having to give IELTS.

4. WES is unnecessary in many cases. ►(I have also felt the same. It is like after toiling hard for that many years for a degree, you still need a far-away institute to tell you that you actually did it. But I guess, this is to separate fakes ones out, but why do genuine ones have to pay ?)
5. Long time to get the response. ►(That's true. Unless someone has made it a mission of life, it is a waste in some cases. That's why some people are seen loosing their PR for that matter, due to not being able to put the first step into Canada within the VISA limits.)
6. Uneven provincial application fees, and other (language) rules.
Add other such points (or find error in the above) if any ......
PS: Just for fun. All the best to everyone who has been able to use these for his/her benefit.
