I have 2 months gap in my experience, I was on job and took 2 months leave (unpaid) and went for a foreign trip, will my whole year ignored or just 2 months subtracted from the total experience?

Started working in July 2011 and working till now without any gap. Just took 2 months off last year from 15-Jul to 15-September.

Even then I have more than 1560 hours worked during that year. 8 hr/day * 10 months (avg 20 days/month) = 1600 hours (even I worked more than that).

My opinion is that only two months will be subtracted from your total experience. What would be the reason for them to subtract the whole year? I don't think so. When you fill the Express entry profile, it will tell you how many points you get for your experience.

Hope this helps
