Unnecessary Visa Rejection MAY 2013

guys plz help me out......... ihave got rejection letter under SPP program the reason for rejction is "OTHER"
my profile : 10th 55%
inter:67%
engg:62% with 1 backlog
am having 3yrs of wrk exp as "business development executive" i have applied for BUSINESS MARKETING program...
and one more thing here i hav to menction is i am a diabetic( am having doubt in medical as they menctioned option OTHER in rejection letter)
plzz guide me can i apply again or should i stop here??

Buddy I applied for computer software in jan 2013 intake and computer networking for may 2013
for january they said "Your proposed studies are not reasonable...................future plans"
and for may they said"purpose of visit" and "Your proposed studies are not reasonable..................future plans"

But I am doing it another way,my sister who is in canada,will apply on my behalf. and it will cost only $5 to her.If you have any relative(Temp or Parm) they can apply for CAIPS on your behalf,and you can get result through email.

i applied for proj mngmnt course and they give me reason is "Your proposed studies are not reasonable..."
so.... what r the chances of getting visa in second time...? we can try under spp or genral.....

Once rejected under SPP you cant apply again under SPP.now general is the only way.Apply CAIPS bro don't apply again until you got your reason for rejection.

a consultant in my city said me that he has applied many applications under spp after one rejection in spp and got succeed too.

I am from Kapurthala,Punjab.I applied first under SPP from Phagwara. then I applied under general from mohali.
As far as I know Once rejected under SPP can not apply again under SPP.only Difference between SPP and General is that the funds that we have to show is more under General.
and where are you from who is the consultant that told you we can apply agin under SPP.check out vfs-canada.co.in website. it is not possible bro.
