Hi!

On March 20, 2013, the following letter was sent to you:

Dear Mr. Chandrasekaran:

Your request for admission to our department has been carefully considered. We regret to inform you that your application for graduate studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering has not been
successful.

The Department receives a large number of applications each year and not everyone who applies is successful. Acceptance is a highly competitive process and is based on many factors including
availability of positions with faculty members and funding. Consequently, even applicants with excellent qualifications may not be admitted.

Thank you for your interest in our department.

Yours sincerely,

Dr. T. Kirubarajan
