Get a supervisor first , make sure he/she agrees to advise u throughout your course. Then apply

That's what I am asking, how to approach him/her?. Did you written e-mail or directly call professor? Please my friend help me, I need your advice so badly.

Prepare a short CV and send it to the professors via email. You can get their email id's from the university's website.
