Yes,this is indeed a good University(specially for IT related courses).

Hi rabiya... dont worry about it, Concordia is a very very good school, also Montreal is a big city so no worries for part time jobs or job after finishing school... One thing u need to do is learning french, u should start working on ur french now because its hard to get job without it. A student who is studying in Concordia adviced me this. Also immigration system of quebec is way easier then rest of Canada. I am also applying for fall 2016 and I will prefer Concordia if i get admission.

Do you think they will admit me ?

I think Concordia may not accept you becuz your percentage is a bit low and also the toefl score should be greater than 85 . You can go for lakehead , memorial ,reyrson and Windsor though. You can try for pg courses too
