University Query

Hi all,

My university is also not listed in WES (Allahabad Agriculture institute). When i entered it the message i got was "We dont eveluate this university" then what is the other way. I heard ICAS, IQAS and BCIT,CES these 4. Will they evaluate education assessment because in their website we can enter university name only.
However in WES, there is drop down list displayed.

Please guide on this as I am preparing for IELTS.
