NO NEED TO SUBMIT GRE.. ONLY IELTS SCORE MUST BE REPORTED !! RECOMMENDATION MUST BE OF YOUR BACHELOR'S COLLEGE PROFESSORS

i am from chennai and i want to do my masters in computer science on windsor univ my ug score was 72% and in ielts i got overall 6.0 but one of my friend said if i submit medium of instruction certificate from university which i finished my ug you can apply for it . can you people tell me wheather it is true or not?
