Yes, i have applied for M.Eng in electrical and computer engineering summer 2020 on 2nd september
You would have to ask if you can defer admission until Fall. Universities are trying to prevent people from withdrawing at the last minute if they get admitted to another school that they prefer over Windsor. Assume you are waiting to hear from another school as well. No I don’t think you will be able to defer paying the $4000 if you want to secure a spot. You may have longer to pay to secure a spot for the Fall. The universities end up with an empty spot if people get an admission to another school after they have confirmed they will be attending Windsor which causes issues for the program budget, leads to a lack of TAs and an international student misses out on an empty spot.
