Got admitted to Windsor MEng ECE for May 2020. Applied 3rd September, Admitted 14th November. Windsor is asking for CAD$ 4000 to secire admission in 21 days. My question is can I defer my admission to Fall 2020 without paying CAD$ 4000 upfront.
