well accomodation is one main issue (coz its not cheap , i have talked to my frnds over there, 1 has suggested me to get a appartment , till now we are 2 (me and my frnd) , so the main purpose of this topic is to make a group, particulalry for those who are willingly to live in an appartment.

UVic just require Ielts.
to convince professor , make a short SOP , attach ur cv, CGPA and other certificates.
try mailing professors arround 8:00 am to 8:45 am (Victoria's time) , after sending mail , do call them and tell him about ur e-mail and a humble request to make him your Graduate Supervisor.

1. I am planning for january intake 2014 as dates for September intakes are long over. Will I be able to get summer internship and part time jobs if i apply for January intake?
2. Whats the avg cost of living in victoria?
