That's nice, I thought it was too early to apply for visa (for fall 2017). Anyways, did you pay the tuition fee for 1st semester, because i am not able to register for classes yet. And are you in contact with other people who got an admit from UVIC( I only know 3 now). And is there any whatsapp group for the same.

hey,

there is a uvic mba watsapp group. i haven't paid the 1st semester fee. i did pay 500CAD for accepting the offer , i have showed that as an receipt.

are you joining mba program or other program?

I would be joining the electrical and computer program. But i was not asked for fees to accept my offer, just emailed to confirm my seat. Could you ask anybody in your group if they are aware of any engineering program group? That would be really helpful.
