MSc Chemical Engineering is it not thesis based?. What do you mean by pre-qualification form. Did you apply for Fall 2018 admission? Anyways every department is different in terms what is required for admission.

What I know is if u didn't receive any response from them within 8 weeks it means they don't have spot for u.

So I hope it's a good thing
