So, there were problems with my credit transfer. They calculated the average as 67.7% which is not enough to get into Engineering, so they offerend me a place in Arts & Science which I accepted. So im now waiting on my acceptance letter. :

Probably the Big Man upstairs is really telling me that Engineering is not my first love. So im just going with this for now. They did say I could transfer from Arts& Science back to Engineering if I wished.

Or just do something totally different. They have a tonne of different programmes that I still qualify for and that will accept the transfer credits that I already have. That is another thing I really like about them, they have a wide variety of options. I did Engineering because I could not because I particulary liked it. I'm artistic but also technical so I am looking for a blend of both those skills

And of course, the best part in all of this, the programme is cheaper than Engineering ;D

hI I have applied for the master of engineering program in electrical and computer engineering at the university of saskatchewan
My credentials:
10th:86%
12th:72%
btech:69% with 74% in the last two years...

i have a strong resume with a lot of gold medals and a national award too ......plus professional experience as well although no work ex as i cudnt include it .
WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF GETTING ACCEPTED..................everything is gud except my overall btech %age...would that be a hindrance ....
also how long do they take to give a decision ....

I have got an acceptance email from this VP-and- Prof of Biomedical engineering department stating- he doesn't have enough fund to support any new student and if I do not need the financial support from him, he may accept me. Anybody here knows how much amount of funds(approximate) would it take if we are to bear the research works for a Masters program at U of S.

Any help towards this query is really appreciated!
