If @Mma Tonia mentions the maximum tuition fee and other expenses then wouldn't she have to show atleast the same funds in her bank account while she is submitting the bank statements ?

I suppose. On my letter there was only the exact fee which is 9778. Well naturally she would have to show that. She also thought the same thing as did I. I only offered my opinion and what I would have done nothing else.

There isn't anything wrong with it but only concern she has to show that amount in her bank account then.

She could use the tuition fee actually shown over the website which is 18,441, 1500 for books, and atleast 10,500 for other board room expenses.

Good point but I'll have to put it that way to be on the safe side.if my uncle agrees I'll pay half of the fees before going so at least they will see that one

Yeah you can do that, how about just pay the semester fee. I think this will be sufficient. It'll be about 10K, this is enough to show them the funds.
