i am janj from bangladesh,

please evaluate my profile for ms in cs in a decent university

10th: 4.3 out of 5
12th: 4.3 out of 5
undergrad:3.37 out of 4 bsc in cs (2011 december)

i have 1 year work experience as a php/wordpress/ROR deleveloper at a uk software firm,

right now i am aiming for university of regina as my university is included in the list of its "Universities exempted from English language requirements in the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research".

what are my chances of geeting into uni of regina?

my biggest concern is my undergraduate cgpa,which went throught a lot of shifting during the final 2 years of my undergrad study,i raised my cgpa from 2.2 to 3.37 in the final 2 year of my undrergrad and i heard its a big blow in my profile as it shows my inconsistency as a student .

i am going to sit for ielts within a week or two,and expecting to get atleast a 7.

You can not keep all your eggs in one basket. Yes, U of Regina is still worth a choice. Keep looking out for a couple of more as a back up...

you can even try some above average universities like uni of calgary, western ontario, waterloo, manitoba, concordia, ottawa
don't worry ur low gpa in first 2 will not effect much because most universities judge u on the performance of ur last 2 yrs.
ur gpa is good.so go on

yes.... then apply for Uof R right away... they do accept scanned docx via email.... no courier.

if they need any missing docs they can always ask for it. You can always send them via email.

y u think that way? i had same situation like ur have low cgpa in first 3 yrs then in final yrs struggled to make it above 3.

do not only apply in 1 uni. what if u got rejected in this? for safe side apply to atleast 2,3 universities. u have good gpa u can even strike any good university. u can apply without ielts if u fulfil admission requirements of the university but having ielts always have a plus point (not necessary)

Good day, pls I need an urgent response..my husband applied in university of regina for hes phD in computer science in october 2017, he has both MBA and MSc from international universities and meet up to their requirement.hes profile is still on awaiting facaulty and departmental selection for like 3 weeks now. Pls whats hes chances of him getting admitted and how long dos he have to wait to get admitted.Thank you
