when will we get reply from uni regarding admission for winter 2013 session, any guess?

I applied there as an undergraduate student. My file is complete. Im expecting a final decision on my application in two weeks as I'm told by their admission coordinator. However, I cant speak of those students who have applied for their masters etc

best of luck man! i think time period is differeent for undergrad and masters programs!

ye thats true. I have got a mail from Jennifer today, that my documents wasnt there by 31st so now she has automatically forwarded date for MAY'2013 term.

I got dual status. I mean two application one for winter and one for spring. However, When I checked up with Jenny, she conformed me that she didnt received my documents before 31st July. For Spring, the deadline is 30th Nov

Well, at the end of the day I never thought of that. I was intended for Jan only. However, now no options left

I too had apply for university of Regina in Masters of ESE for January 2013. Still waiting for the reply form their side.. Their mail came to me saying that they will respond in the first week of november. I dont think that then it will be possible to apply for the visa and start processing the file at that time... What you guys think ??

Yes, Its true.

"Departments may take as long as they need to review the applications. We understand that you may need to apply for a Visa and that this will take some time, however we are NOT able to speed up the decision process. If you are accepted as a student, you will be given a time frame of one year to begin your program, so your visa application will not be an issue. Your admission letter will state that you may begin in May 2013, September 2013 or January 2014. If you are unable to obtain your visa for May, you will be able to begin in September."

Thats what they stated in an email from their side.

In other words, they dont take any responsibility for your visa on time. If u dont get their LOA on time, you should expect to get there by next term
