Urgently in need of assist

I got refuse on my 2nd applications. I have defer my admission to the last intake so I don't think I can meet up to reapply ... now what should I do on my admission .. Is there a way I can reapply for the admission for January 2020 intake. Also I paid $500 for acceptances fee and is it affordable to reapply again or how can I go about to reapply again for the admission...

My visa was refused on the ground that they are not convinced I will return after my studies but I should reapply if I can prove that. So am reapplying again.
