My application status is "Rtrnd. Pending Final Review", can anybody tell me what I can expect from this status? Is it still yes or no?

I have the same problem. I applied for masters in computer science since sept 2018 and till now i have not been offered an offer letter. Yesterday , i also saw this on my application status, pls help if u have any information on this... the suspense is just too much

This what I got from an old post on the forum here

RETURNED, PENDING FINAL REVIEW - This means that your application has been returned to the Grad Studies office, and the Associate Dean reviews your application and approves the department's decision. This process may take 1 to 2 weeks. We are unable to provide any information to you at this point.
