It isn't a good idea to share personal phone numbers on social platforms. :) I hope you understand.

U ll get to know when you fill the online application for admission if your institution is exempted or not because there are some universities in my country whose medium of education is English but they are not exempted.

You should rather start applying for the fall semester because it takes a lot of time to fulfill the requirements. Did you get your degrees evaluated by WES?
Aight man, understand your concern. I have filled up the application form already but didn’t come across any field that lists universities exempted from IELTS. But I have found this link whed.net on UofR website. where you can find list of Universities and if you find your Uni listed you’re exempted from IELTS.

Oh yes you can find your university in whed.net as well.

If you already fill the application and paid the admission fees you will notice that there is a column of English test:

Test Score: English verified. No test required.

If IELTS is required then you will find below in you application status:

Look at your "Decision Code" online. If it is blank, we are waiting to receive documents. Your application is not complete.

Its strange, they always mention the English test column. Check the application properly, email the grad studies to inquire about your English test.

Sure, I will email them. I didn't know they don't have a system where we upload our documents like other universities. I have to email to them all my documents. btw I need to do WES evaluation, that thing is costy man. its somewhere around $289. other universities don't require such thing

U of Regina no longer accept online documents, that is why you need to do WES evaluation. Its costly but there is no work around. WES can be lengthy process. You better start now if you have to apply for fall term.

Yeah I started already, Thanks man for all the information. I just need to collect my transcripts from my Uni on Monday and inshallah I will mail it to WES soon. Did you email UofR the reference letters or your previous supervisors emailed it?

There are two ways to send reference letter to university, one you can mailed them manually through courier service. Second option, which is quite easy, is you can ask your teachers to email the reference of letter through there official email accounts i.e. through institution's provided email address. This way your reference letter is consider as official. Other than these option, university will not accept the the reference letter.
