Hey Guys:
Anyone there who were applied in U of R for Fall 2013 share their experience here ..I applied in M.ENG ESE Program for Fall 2013 ..waiting for decision ..i heard that for admission we need to contact with professor..if they agree to take us as an student then there is no issue in admission..is it correct ?

Thats true for students, who wants to get admission on M.Sc. Thesis related courses. U applied for MEng, so u don't need to seek supervisor. They will give u supervisor themselves after u get the acceptance.

But they told me if you get supervision then it easy to take admission..do you know how to contact them ?..via email they wont reply

I don't know why they tell u about seeking professor for course based program. Logically course based programs end up a small project where special supervisor care is not important. On the other hand thesis based courses based on works under supervisor where professors have the right to choose his students. course based programs acceptance mostly depend on ur educational background, SOP, LOR etc.

Getting a reply from a professor is really very difficult and u should have a bit luck. I send lots of emails and get one reply from uRegina professor, he checked my background thoroughly and took my interview over Skype. At last 23 March my application status changed as accepted.

I only applied in U of R ..and the Sait Polytecnic,i hve been accepted in sait for diploma but my first priority is U of R ..hope for the best
