i applied for master degree so i sent my all degree mark sheets and transcripts, school mark sheets and transcripts, , 2 reference forms filled by referee, resume, SOP, IELTS score card, degree certificates

i sent through FedEx

i have sealed degree transcripts ,but for school marksheets i have only photocopy....will notary signed school marksheets work???....and photocopy of IELTS score card work???

yes school marksheets work in photocopy but you have to notarized it and you should have higher secondary transcripts sealed too
yahh and photo copy of IELTS score card work but that too notarized

either way works
if you send them through FedEx than reference letters must be sealed (university stamp)

This i my second time i applied for U of R..i applied for M.eng ESE program for fall 2013 ..i tried to contact my professors several times but they wont answer me yet ..last time i applied for 2012 fall but they rejected my app..now i applied again ..

But one of them told me that you must have to contact with professors if they are ready to take you as an student then you get admission easily..but they wont answer me ..

i think for MEng you dont need to contact you professor ...for your Msc program you need to contact professor
i applied for MEng program i didnt contact still it worked

exactly you're right but i don't know why it couldn't work in my case ..hw you are sure that without contact professors you are in progress ?
