I applied for university of regina international students,,my application was complet ready for review since dec 16,please tell me what's wrong ,,someone should tell me what's wrong

Call the school's admission office and ask what date they are currently working on,for people who have applied
Submitted Oct 6th and got admitted 2nd week of Dec
