Please guys, I need your help. I also applied for MEng at the University of ottawa for the winter session . My file was completed and it's processing started July 1 since it took them about 4 weeks to accredit the first University I attended. It actually means my file was complete all along but they wanted to confirm there accreditation. I have a problem, I dunno if it is but I wanna ask.
1. does the preference Form guarantee admission into the University of ottawa? Cos I stupidly selected partial financing. I thought they meant for a session so out of the 6788 Canadian dollars I filled 5000 Canadian dollars. Although I have the funds to pay completely I thought it would give me consideration for scholarship.
2. This is the 6th week since my file completion and I still haven't heard from them.

Please your help is greatly appreciated, BTW NY name is Ikem Solomon, am a Nigerian

Work Experience:- 2+ years(engineering consultancy firm ,handling different projects including petroleum,industrial setups etc).
currently in a break and preparing for my IELTS.(expected band in all btw 7-7.5)
I might join another petroleum service sector firm within a month and work for another 2 years(den ould give ielts another shot)
