Very possible they could have a cut off over 80%. There are limited universities in Canada and between domestic and international students they have many applications. Also they only start considering January admissions once the semester has started in September so probably mid-September. Imagine the quality of the applicants at U of T. I'm sure they require even a higher average mark.
