I have got admit for MEng in univ of Ottawa for this fall (2012) and I got visa too.
Who other have got admit and visa....when are u planning to leave and wat about ur accomodation plans..!!

Hay can you pls tell me how much loan amount you shown for visa and how much amount you payed to University. Me also admitted in University of Ottawa for Winter intake...

we have 3 semesters inn a year rite so it would be 6300 * 3 per year rite , i get confused with the indian semester system!!?

B.E. - E.C.E 7.76, TOEFL-88 1paper related to my studies, 1major project, good extra curriclurs [2012 passed out

I havent paid any fee to univ....i got a loan of 15lacs
I applied for my visa on july3rd under general category. submited along with the medical slip. since i had a scar on lungs, i got medical furtherance letter from CHC on july18th. completed medicals again on july24th and submited my passport again on jult26th. received my visa on august 8th

My fee was 7300$ per semester.

yup its a trimester style in canada.........tuition fee depends on u....u can complete ur courses in 2semesters or u could extended it to 3 or even 4 sems. You can take a sem gap even by doing 2sems per yr taking 4months off from a sem

1. I will be staying with a friend who is already living in Ottawa
2. My fee receipt showed a fee of $7300+ as total fee for 1st semester.
