I have applied in M.Eng ( Environmental Engineering)
No decision has been made yet since last 45 days approx .
It shows 'All documents received'

yup same here, i called them they said that " We will give decisions in the first week of november not later than that or you can recieve it may be earlier and nothing can be said". So this is what i heard from them.
I had applied for University of Guelph Meng Engg. Systems & Computing for Jan-2015. Could someone please tell something about the university. I am little bit doubtful about the university recognition for engineering and its comparison relative to other Universities.
I heard that UoG id easy to get into! I contacted the graduate secretary and was told that I need to get Supervisor before I proceed to the application process. The will-be-supervisor still hasn't replied. I think I should move on to another one.
Regarding the rank of the university, as long as it is a Canadian university, no matter how easy it is to get into, you should not doubt its quality. It might be a lower ranked on QS world ranking, but there is no ranking system within Canada.

I mainly applied considering the proximity to Toronto(due to many industries/companies) and relative cost of studies compared to other universities. But haven't met many people applying to the university of Guelph.
So was doubtful about the university.
Also one more question What difference it makes if I am studying in a good college or a University like Guelph. Do companies prefer University to college. Thanks

At least that is not the scenario in my case. May be I am exception. I don't think It really matters for employers that a student has college grad or univ. grad.
Yes I got acceptance on 1st october.
But I am going to attend university of manitona because of less fees as compared to univ of guelph
