I submitted my application before 1st of march deadline but documents uploading was completed on 5th of march. My status stayed "Preliminary review required" for a month and "Review in progress by department" stayed for three months. It changed to "Recommended for assessment" yesterday. I don't have any idea how long will it take to get the response and by now I have lost hope of getting an offer.
