University not sending Marksheet to WES..PLEASE ADVICE

Hi,

I had my B.tech accessed by WES in 2018 and now got PGDCA course from Sighania university, please let me know if you if PGDCA will be accepted by WES for extra points as certificate course though not considered as Masters. Also should I send only PGDCA course or both B.tech and PGDCA transcripts.
