university not handing transcripts to applicant

dear All

Recently we contacted Punjab university Chandigarh for Transcripts,but they replied transcripts can be sent to CIO canada directly ,not to the applicant or any individual.

please advice how to deal with situation as i want to claim points for wife's education,other way round i can send CIO with University attested marksheets,certificate and also the university form which clearly says "transcripts will not be handed to applicants or individuals and will sent only to the required institution"

remorse is the only solution that you had studied in such an institution.

In this case, I think provide all the evidence and also attested copies from the University and Notary public, with a covering letter and provide these documents to support your covering letter.

This is common practice. Uni will not give them to you in-hand but will send to the embassy/cio address you provide on the form.
