University from private university

Hi,

Ive complete a degree in Business Admin from a private university... however an immigration lawyer told me that degree from pvt university is not recognised only public university ones are recognised.

I have 5 years work experience and i excel in French language. Can i submit an application?

in which country you are ??????? if your university is approved by the Government for issuing degrees then no problem as in Pakistan all valid universities are recognized by H.E.C. (higher education commission) so their degrees are valid .........so find out is your university is recognized

im from Mauritius, but my degree is from a malaysian uni. the Govt here recognised the degree.

If you do not receive Canadian Immigration by applying directly, then apply for Quebec Immigration to get the Canadian Immigration.

In the Quebec Immigration, if they see that you are fluent in French, then they wont ask you any questions about your education.

In the province of Quebec, French is the 1st official language & English is the 1st official. So, they will welcome an immigrant who is fluent in French.

If the university is recognised by Govt/ higher education authority then private or public university makes no difference.
