University for master of computer science with low percentage

Hi,

I have completed my B.E in ECE stream from VTU and score 60.03 percentage in degree, 64 percent in final year and 59 percent in overall four year. I have 1 year back and 8 backlogs in my academics. I have total of 3 years of experience in Analytics and Software domain and currently working in TCS in Analytics domain. I have 6.5 in my IELTS academic module. I had already applied to SFU and Carleton University Pre screening process and got rejected. Is there any chance that I can get into any good university in Canada. Please suggest me. Any suggestion will be helpful.
