I have applied for visa in Oct 2020 and was refused on Nov 2020. It was for MBA, Jan-21 intake, UCW.
I have re-applied on 20th Dec 2020 for Apr-21 intake, UCW and waiting for a decision.

I got my bvl on 20th but no ppr so far.. I am feeling super nervous about it

can anyone tell me what to do if the embassy is not replying and 137 days gone from file submission and 96 days from biometrics and 60 dyas from ROE?
