decide for yourself ..
Visas filed under university category have around 90% approval rate
Visas filed under SPP have around 60% approval rate..

Admission in Uni is tougher (50% chances) than in colleges. I am still looking for Universities which can admit me. I already have an MBA and 3 yr exp but mostly MBA cources in canada require GMAT/GRE and i don't have time to prepare for these tests. i got 7.5 band in IELTS but my undergrad percentage is :51% and MBA :78% so moslty all the unis in canada i have contacted ..rejected my profile as they need minimun 60 % in undergraduation. If anyone can guide me based on my profile and exp( i want to persue Masters in Professional COmmunication/ or Public relations) Any suggestions ?

on TRU website , it says they require 6.5 with no less than 6. If applicants don't fulfill above mentioned , are required to take ESL course .

Public universities have high study approval rate than SPP colleges. So, university admission should be preferred.
