hello,
I got an offer from concordia for Jan'16. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I can't make it to the winter term. what are my chances at deferring the offer("Option of deferring is mentioned in my offer letter"). Also many ppl are telling not to opt for the summer term!!!why is that??

for deferral u will have to contact concordia. I dont know why people would say not to go in summer may be because there r less classes available in summer. If u can register for classes summer then it would be the best time to go as plenty of time to get used to the weather. Again find out what courses are available and which u can register for summer or else u will waste a sem.

Hi Sid, the same happened with one of my student who got offer from Concordia for Jan'16. She applied for the defer offer for May'16 and got the deferred offer, Applied for CAQ. There is a simple process to follow the deferral process. I think you should not waste your time.
