Universities which I can apply for fall 2015 for Meng, Masc

I want to apply for Masc in Electrical and computer Engineering for the fall term 2015. I know that many universities deadlines have crossed. But still I want to pursue the masters this fall term.

can you suggest other good universities which I can still apply and may get admission there.

I cleared my ielts at 6.5 and completed my Btech with 74 percentage and I have around 8 years of Experience in IT.

Also check University of Guelph. I think you might get admission there.
